What phone requirements does DJI OM 4 have?
DJI OM 4 utilizes Bluetooth Low Energy 5.0 and works better with phones that have Bluetooth Low Energy 5.0 or above.

Is DJI OM 4 waterproof?

Can I use DJI OM 4 with a phone case?
It is not recommended to attach the ring holder to a phone case. Phone cases, however, can be used with the magnetic phone clamp.

Does DJI OM 4 require balancing before use?
No. The new DJI OM 4 has improved motors, which means you don’t need to balance the gimbal before using it. When you use the magnetic clamp, please place it in the middle of your phone. If you do encounter any balancing issues, please perform the Gimbal Auto Calibration and the Horizontal Gimbal Adjustment in the DJI Mimo app.

Do DJI OM 4 and DJI Osmo Mobile 3 support the same phone models?

Order cancellation
